Question 1: Can you process the steel SAE1060 parts by turning or machining?

Secondly, we maintain long-term and stable cooperative relations with these material suppliers. This will help us to maintain the stability of the material’s quality;

Question 3: Can you do thick White Zinc Plating?

Answer 3: Of course we can do the white zinc coating. We not only can do ordinary zinc plating but also do thick Zinc Plating. For example, we did thick Zinc Plating per the standard ASTM-B-633 TYPEV Fe/Zn, SC3, 13-19μm. ROHS Compliant. In addition, the time of salt spray test (SST) can be meet according to customers’ requirements.
